Job Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and highly organized Studio and Production Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of all creative programs, manage our video editing studio, and oversee end-to-end coordination of film and video productions. This role is central to the creative and operational heartbeat of our production company, ensuring that all projects run smoothly from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Strategy
Oversee the execution of film and media programs aligned with the company’s creative and business goals.
Lead the idea, planning, and implementation of original content slates, seasonal campaigns, and branded projects.
Collaborate with writers, directors, producers, and external partners to bring creative visions to life.
Film Production Coordination
Manage the entire production lifecycle for Feature and short films, documentaries, commercials, and digital content, from pre-production to post.
Coordinate production teams, cast, crew, schedules, and logistics to ensure efficient and cost-effective shoots.
Oversee compliance with production timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Video Editing Studio Management
Supervise day-to-day operations of the post-production/editing studio.
Manage in-house editors, colorists, and post freelancers ensuring workflow efficiency, creative quality, and on-time delivery.
Maintain post-production pipeline and project delivery to clients
Inventory management
Educational Qualifications:
Educational background in Film Production, Media Studies, Communication Arts, or a related field is required.
Efficient in Google suite and Microsoft office
Passion for storytelling, innovation, and building creative communities.
