Job Summary

The Junior Graphic Designer supports the creative team in executing design tasks for print and digital projects. This role is ideal for an early-career designer eager to grow technical skills, creativity, and industry experience under supervision.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating designs for print and digital materials
Prepare artwork files for production and printing
Make revisions based on feedback from senior team members
Support branding, marketing, and promotional projects
Maintain organized design files and assets
Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in designs
Performance Expectations

Timely completion of assigned tasks
Continuous improvement in design skills
Accurate and error-free design outputs
Requirements & Qualifications

OND/HND/B.Sc. in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Basic understanding of typography, layout, and color
Willingness to learn and take direction
Core Skills & Competencies:
