Candidates should possess a HND / BSc Degree in Engineering or Food Technology.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a food processing company
Leadership and teamwork skills.
Crisis management capabilities.
Knowledge of processing operations management and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail.
Good interpersonal skills.
Understanding of the principles and practices of Total Productive Management (TPM).
