GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Join our team! We’re seeking a creative, detail-driven designer to craft stunning visuals for print, digital, and outdoor campaigns.
*RESPONSIBILITIES
|Design graphics for socials, websites, brochures, billboards, etc.
|Conceptualize & execute campaigns with the marketing team.
|Create layouts & illustrations for property launches & promos
|Edit/enhance photos, renders & videos
Maintain brand consistency
|Track design trends & suggest fresh ideas
|Liaise with printers, vendors & partners for timely delivery
QUALIFICATIONS
|Diploma/Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar
|3+ years’ experience (real estate, marketing, or advertising preferred)
|Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
|Visual storytelling, motion graphics, video editing, and digital content creation is a plus.
|Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork & communication skills
