Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, visually-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead our digital presence. You won’t just be posting updates; you’ll be the digital storyteller for Nigeria’s leading cultural hub. From capturing the magic of live theater rehearsals to showcasing contemporary art exhibitions, you will be responsible for building an engaged community and driving foot traffic through world-class content.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar that aligns with upcoming plays, gallery exhibitions, and restaurant specials.

• Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, viral sounds, and platform updates (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn) to keep the brand relevant.

• On-Site Creation: Film and edit high-quality Reels, TikToks, and photography featuring our space, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.

• Community Management: Engage with our followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a loyal “Terra” community online.

• Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent, sophisticated, yet accessible brand voice across all digital touchpoints.

• Analytics & Growth: Track performance metrics to understand what resonates with our audience and adjust strategies accordingly.

What We’re Looking For

• The Creative Eye: Proven experience in mobile videography and editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar).

• The Strategist: You understand why a post goes viral and how to convert “likes” into “visitors.”

• The Culture Enthusiast: A genuine passion for Nigerian arts, theater, food, and lifestyle.

• Professionalism: Excellent written English skills and the ability to manage a high-profile brand reputation.
