Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
Design high-quality graphics for social media, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns
Create engaging visual content including flyers, banners, reels, short videos, and basic motion graphics
Develop content ideas aligned with brand objectives
Maintain consistent brand style across all designs
Edit and optimize images and videos for different platforms
Collaborate with the social media and marketing team to execute campaigns
Meet deadlines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Content Creator
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, After Effects, or similar
Basic video editing skills (short-form content for social media)
Good understanding of social media trends and digital content formats
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
A strong portfolio showcasing previous work (required)

Nice to Have:
Experience creating content for brands or businesses
Knowledge of social media marketing and engagement strategies
Motion graphics or animation skills

Added Advantage (Important):
Basic knowledge of video editing is an added advantage and will increase the candidate’s chances of selection.
Familiarity with video tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar is a plus.
