Role Overview

The Smith Sisters Group is looking for an organized and creative Event Coordinator / Planner to join our team. Your primary focus will be to bring ideas to life by organizing and executing events flawlessly. We are looking for a professional who ensures every detail shines and every guest leaves impressed.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Execution: Oversee the end-to-end planning, organization, and flawless execution of various events.

• Concept Development: Translate creative ideas into actionable event plans that align with our brand standards.

• Detail Management: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all logistical aspects of an event are handled perfectly.

• Guest Experience: Prioritize the attendee experience to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator, Planner, or a similar role in the events industry.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to manage vendors and guests.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
