Role Overview

The Smith Sisters Group is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Coordinator to join our team in Lagos. You will be the voice of our brand across all digital platforms, responsible for building our online community and ensuring our digital presence is as vibrant as our physical experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Oversee daily operations across all social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.

• Content Scheduling: Maintain a consistent posting calendar that aligns with upcoming events and brand campaigns.

• Community Engagement: Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor social media analytics to identify trends, track growth, and optimize future content strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media for a brand, preferably within the hospitality or lifestyle sector.

• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.

• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to a specific brand voice.

• Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) to support content creation.
