Job Responsibilities
Develop and manage monthly content calendars for all social media platforms
Create engaging content tailored to each platform and target audience
Build and nurture a vibrant online community by initiating conversations and responding to comments
Monitor platform performance using analytics tools, providing monthly and quarterly reports
Support internal communication initiatives including newsletters and official announcements
Track social media trends and competitive activity to inform strategy updates
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Proven ability to create compelling, platform-specific content
Strong analytical skills and ability to extract insights from social media metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
