General production Manager
We’re looking for a proactive and organized individual to lead our daily fashion house operations, ensuring every stage of production, from concept to final delivery, runs seamlessly.
What You’ll Do:
Supervise the entire production flow, from fabric sourcing to finished pieces.
Manage timelines and coordinate teams to keep every order on track.
Maintain high-quality standards and ensure attention to detail across all designs.
Handle client feedback with professionalism and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Lead team check-ins, track progress, and create a supportive work environment.
Plan and facilitate daily briefings so every department stays aligned on goals and priorities.
Qualifications:
A university graduate (degree required).
Available to work on-site 4-5 days a week.
A fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Highly organized, adaptable, and confident leading a team.
