Creative Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market and fashion trend research to develop innovative design ideas.
Create pencil sketches, digital illustrations, and mood boards.
Work closely with the Creative Director in designing bridal and other couture garments.
Assist in managing the design process from concept development to final styling.
Support and participate in client consultation sessions.
Demonstrate creative and proactive thinking while working independently when required.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Prepare and submit weekly progress reports.
Requirements

Background in Fashion Design or related field.
Strong illustration skills (manual and digital).
Good understanding of fashion trends and garment construction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
