Location: Hybrid (Lagos).
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Writerwho combines deep programming knowledge with editorial leadership. You won’t just write docs; you will lead a content team, manage complex projects, and drive our organic growth strategy.

This is a leadership-level role based at our Lagos office. You must be able to read code (Frontend focus), manage writers, and execute high-level SEO strategies.

IMPORTANT: This role requires you to be physically present at least 3 days a week at our Lagos office. We will not accept candidates unwilling to be onsite.

Core Requirements
Technical & Coding Expertise: Strong programming skills are essential, with a critical focus on Frontend technologies to accurately document codebases.
Editorial Experience: At least 4+ years of technical writing and rigorous editing experience, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and tone.
Team Management: Proven experience managing a content team of at least 5 writers, including assigning tasks, editorial review, and performance tracking.
CMS & Project Management: Expert-level management of WordPress and strong project management skills to keep documentation pipelines moving.
SEO Mastery: Advanced skills in organic keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structuring for search visibility.
Bonus Points (Nice to Have):Experience with Content Marketing & Link Building (outreach campaigns). Proficiency with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
